DESCRIPTION:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
   I first heard Welcome To The Jungle back in '84 on the bus on the
   way to my elementary school and ever since have considered myself
   a devout fan.  After downloading numerous Gn'R themes from various
   locales on the web I finally decided to just put together my own
   version.  This theme does justice to our favorite band of all time
   whereas those others lack key elements!
INCLUDES:
~~~~~~~~~
   Collage Wallpaper (800x600, 16mln colors, Bitmap)
   Cursors (most 16 color, 2 - 256 color animated, left-handed)
   Icons (256 colors, replace the 4 major icons)
   GUI Colors (easy on the orbs, not too hi-contrast)
   Wav Sounds (44khz, sterio, 16bit, ADPCM, replace major)
   Startup/Shutdown (three logo*.sys replacements, animated startup)
   Screen Saver (a cool 3D Vivid Sparks screen saver, freeware)
   Replacement Start Logo (skull and crossbones in "user.exe")

HOW TO INSTALL THIS THEME
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Unzip the archive to your "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes" folder
2) Make backups of the following files:
   (do this by renaming the files with the ".bak" extension)
   "\logo.sys"          --> "\logo.bak"
   "\Windows\logos.sys" --> "\Windows\logos.bak"
   "\Windows\logow.sys" --> "\Windows\logow.bak"
   This ensures that if you decide not to use the Startup/Shutdown
   screens included with this theme, that you can reinstate your
   former screens.  To do that, just reverse the process above;
   renaming the files BACK to their proper extensions.  You may need
   to delete or rename the theme screens before reinstating your old
   ones (ie. you cannot rename the file if it already exists in the
   same folder!).
3) Copy the three Startup/Shutdown screens you unzipped in step 1:
   "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes\logo.sys"
   copy to.. "\"
   "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes\logos.sys"
   copy to.. "\Windows"
   "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes\logow.sys"
   copy to.. "\Windows"
3) Click on the Start menu
4) Click on "Settings"
5) Click on "Control Panel"
6) Double click on the "Desktop Themes" icon
7) When you enter the theme window, there will be a highlighted
   drop-down list. Click on it and then click on the theme that
   you have just installed. You will be able to preview the theme
8) Click on "Apply" and then "Ok" and the theme will then be
   started
9) If you want to use the Start Logo replacement you must do the
   following:
   A. Restart or shutdown the system to DOS mode
   B. Rename the file "user.exe" located in your "\Windows\System"
      folder to "user.bak"
   C. Copy the new "user.exe" that was included in the archive,
      "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes\user.exe" to your
	  "\Windows\System" folder
   D. Exit or Reboot the system to see the result!
If you are having problems installing a theme, the following could
be one of your problems:
2) You are not unzipping with a 32 bit decompression program that
   supports long file names
If for any reason you no longer wish to use the Gn'R theme, just
follow these instructions to uninstall the theme:
   "\Program Files\PLUS!\Themes" folder
2) Delete the following files:
   "\logo.sys"
   "\Windows\logos.sys"
   "\Windows\logow.sys"
3) Rename your old Startup/Shutdown screens to reinstate them:
   "\logo.bak"          --> "\logo.sys"
   "\Windows\logos.bak" --> "\Windows\logos.sys"
4) You've committed the crime!
